As we mentioned in a previous blog earlier this month we are working our way through our commissions. This particular one I can now reveal to you as it is proudly taken position in its new home.
Being given this job was very exciting as the customers wanted to give it a complete makeover! basically re build from scratch. We certainly love a challenge and love bespoke jobs.
It came to us with two sides that were once legs off a sewing machine table along with a rickety table top that had previously been up cycled.
Our challenge was to produce a new sturdy frame using raw steel then to create a table top to meet their exact requirements, not forgetting three chairs and a bench to accompany the new table.
Now it has been brought back to life and once again fully functioning for a new purpose.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this piece and even more importantly to us, our customer is over the moon with the end result! which is exactly what we are about at Metal Manipulation... customer satisfaction!!
